This project included the re-classification of the ground floor, including the splitting of the ground floor into 3 separate tenancies (Lobby, Art Gallery and Office Tenancy). Our scope of works included all development application works, Fire Engineering Solution and BCA reports, new fire separation intertenancy wall, custom designed space for entry cafe and a new compliant stair entry for the entire building.
Fitout of the different spaces involved working closely with the different tenancy stakeholders as well as an inviting fresh feel into the building. This included custom made joinery to accommodate the cafe operator and storage integrated into the banquette seating through the lobby area.
